How long will my repairs take?
Repair time depends on many factors such as: how extensive the damage is or how quickly we get the parts delivered; however, we are able to give you a rough estimate on how many days we will have your vehicle. We currently have a 98% accuracy rate.
Are estimates free?
Should I schedule an estimate or can I stop by?
It is better to schedule an estimate so that your wait time will not be as great. An estimate can take 30-45 minutes and although we welcome walk-ins, we serve the scheduled appointments first.
Do you have free rental cars?
No; however, we will assist you in setting up a rental car and getting the best rates available.
Do I need to pay for my repairs in advance?
No you can pay the day you pick your vehicle up. We accept Visa, MC, Discover Card, debit cards, cash, cashier's checks, money orders, and personal checks (limit of $250). If you have received a check from your insurance company we encourage you to use it in lieu of any of the other methods of payment.
Do you have a warranty on your repairs?
Yes, we provide a 12 month warranty.
Can I drop my vehicle off in advance?
Yes. We have a night drop off for your convenience.
